01 / The problem

What made this hard

The users here are dealers, vault operators and auction houses making capital allocation decisions, not hobbyists. A single predicted grade is not decision-grade information for them — they need calibrated probabilities and an ROI figure, presented with the seriousness of a financial tool.

02 / What we did

Four things,
on every project.

  1. Marketing site with a professional register

    Designed as a trading desk rather than a consumer app: dense, calibrated, numerate. The visual language signals who the product is for, which does more qualifying work than any amount of copy about features.

  2. Search, answer and generative engine work

    Targeted at the commercial end of the market — bulk submission strategy, grader selection, PSA 10 odds — where intent is highest and volume is lowest. Entity and schema work so the Capital Score concept is attributable to the brand across answer engines.

  3. Product build

    Front and back photo intake, a grade probability matrix spanning PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC, defect detection across centering, corners, surface and edges, grader house-preference modelling, the Capital Score, and CSV export shaped for submission portals.

  4. Backend and hosting

    Calibration pipeline against real graded outcomes, the probability and scoring service, batch processing for bulk intake, export generation, and the deploy and monitoring stack.
